30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied with your paid subscription (Guardian or Family), you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.
After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and your paid features will remain active until the end of your billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After 30 days, you may cancel to prevent renewal, but a prorated refund for the remaining months is not available.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email billing@kinsentry.com with your account email address and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Free Trial
The 30-day Guardian free trial requires no credit card and incurs no charges. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial, your account simply reverts to the Free tier — no action needed, no charges made.
